My mission is to honor God and offer holistic ways that prosper people in their spiritual and physical wellness journey.

My bedrock belief is that our entire health begins by knowing God and thrives by how we nourish our bodies, minds, and souls.

When I was 28, I was saved by grace and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Over the years, I have learned that it was only through my walk with God that my relationships with my husband, sons, and others, were transformed. I have found the perfect, sufficient, eternal Bible, and other well-chosen books to be essential in gaining a deeper understanding of God, myself, and others.

I always had an ongoing interest in good health and nutrition, which only grew stronger when one of my sons, who was two years old at the time, was diagnosed with a severe illness. This event motivated me to thoroughly research the best healthy foods for him, and by God's grace, I was able to support his recovery. With a deepened desire to share my experience with others, I advanced my education, earning a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition and completing three levels of the Restorative Wellness Solutions Program. My focus was on Gastrointestinal Health and Blood Chemistry.

Now I have integrated my Christian faith with my commitment to holistic well-being. Through Agape Books Plants & Wellness, I want to share my specialized training and insights– with all the carefully vetted health books, inspirational Christian literature, and wellness products to support you on life's journey.
